The YIU Department of Military Science, established in agreement with the Korean Army, is the first of its kind in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi-do Province) and Gangwondo Province. According to the agreement, the department selects talented students and offers them full scholarships and various benefits in order to cultivate elite military officers and military leaders. After graduation, students can actively engage in various fields as elite army officers and military experts with superb qualifications, to meet the future needs of the nation and society.
