Campus Life
For over 70 years, Yong In University has been nurturing genuine leaders of talent and strong character.
This department aims to cultivate international martial arts experts by educating students to learn both the theory and practical skills of martial arts originated and developed from Oriental cultures, and to attain the necessary qualifications required for martial arts leaders. This department is also equipped with exclusive individual gymnasiums for each martial art, such as oriental fencing, yongmudo, taekkyeon, and so on, and helps each student acquire certificates at a minimum second-level black belt level per each martial art and at least three certifications in total. After graduation, many students have actively advanced to fields such as the police force, security service, security service companies, overseas martial art coaching, and postgraduate school. They are also able to work in sports-related fields and organizations.
